Anthesis Makes Significant Move into Energy Efficiency and Management Market with the Acquisition of Sustain

London / Bristol November 3, 2016 – The Anthesis Group, a leading global sustainability services and solutions provider, has today announced the acquisition of Sustain, the Bristol-based energy and carbon management solutions provider.

The tenth acquisition since the formation of Anthesis in September 2013, Sustain is a leading UK energy and carbon management company dedicated to providing cost and carbon efficiencies. Through a team of expert engineers, consultants and project managers Sustain design, deliver and manage energy resources for clients in public and private sector organizations.

The acquisition of Sustain deepens the current Anthesis offering in the energy and carbon management market. Sustain’s project management services and turnkey solutions, alongside consulting, fit with the Anthesis ambition to become the market leading sustainability services and solutions provider. Anthesis was founded on the belief that the market wanted to move from talking about sustainability to delivering sustainable solutions.
