Tetley Tea - part of Tata Global Beverages - is the second-largest teabag brand in the world. Anthesis (then trading as M4C) worked with Tetley to develop a communications strategy to drive behavioral change in order to help the company meet its sustainability targets and celebrate the great work that the business is doing.
After identifying what they wanted to achieve we produced an engagement map. This clearly showed the different employee groups, the behaviors that needed changing and the benefits this would bring to the business.
This fed into a detailed communications strategy containing specific and bespoke actions to engage each group and make the changes needed to drive improvements. The strategy was so comprehensive it contained sufficient detail to allow Tetley to successfully deliver the campaign independently.
