Brother UK is part of the Brother Group, a multinational company headquartered in Japan which produces electronics including printers, sewing machines and other domestic appliances.

Brother UK wanted help producing its 2008/09 corporate responsibility (CR) report from a copy writer with a good knowledge of sustainability. Anthesis (then trading as M4C) provided the company with experience and understanding of CR and took the roles of writing and designing the report and accompanying summary report. It has continued to write Brother UK’s CR report each year until 2016.

Brother UK also needed to develop a more strategic approach to its community investment. Anthesis helped to develop a formal strategy, decision matrix for donation requests, and a reporting tool.
